- 20:30 – “Key Holder”, a bottle of sparkling wine + a car key voucher to return on 7th May 2024 at 8:45pm to the major draw having the chance to win the major car prize.

Terms & Conditions
• This is a member’ promotion and all participants must be current financial member.
• Members can earn entry tickets commencing from Tuesday 23rd January 2024 until 20:15 Tuesday 7th May 2024. Each member is responsible to deposit their ticket into the specific barrel located on level 3.
• Entry tickets for the promotion will be issued to members when they make a purchase of $25 (after member’s discount) or more at Lavender by the Bay Restaurant, Ubar, Sports Bar & Sunset Café POS terminal ONLY.
• Members will receive one ticket for every $25 purchased in a single transaction (after member’s discount), i.e., if a customer spends $50 in one transaction – they receive two entries; if they spend $49.99, they will only receive one ticket.
• Member must present member’s card for each transaction and the draw; member’s day pass is not legible.
• The first draw will be held on Tuesday 30th January 2024 then every Tuesday 19:00, 19:45 & 20:30, total 3 draws per night with a 45minutes space between each draw.
• Prizes on every draw night are (total 15 weeks):
- 19:00 – $88 club voucher
- 19:45 – $128 club voucher
- 20:30- “Key Holder”, a bottle of sparkling wine + a car key voucher to return on 7th May 2024 at 20:45 to the major draw having the chance to win the major car prize.
• The draws will be conducted by 2 staff members with tickets randomly drawn from the barrel where the tickets had been deposited by each member.
• Member’s number will be announced via the public address system in the Club.
• This is a member’s ONLY promotion, and the member has confirmed acceptance of the terms and conditions of the promotion. Member must be in the Kirribilli Club at the time of the draw to be eligible to win. They have four minutes to present themselves with their current financial member’s card to claim their prize. Failure to meet these T&C of the promotion will result in forfeit of the prize.
• Each member is only entitled to hold one key for the major draw over the 15 weeks promotion period. If a key holder’s name is drawn for a second time during a “Key Holder” draw, they will ONLY be entitled to receive a $128.00 club voucher; a re-draw of a new “Key Holder” will take place immediately.
• The final draw is on Tuesday 7th May 2024 -19:00 – 20:30, total 3 draws per night with a 45minutes space between each draw. Additionally, the major draw will take place at 20:45 for the 15 weekly individual key holders present in the club. Each of them will choose a key (or representative token); however, only one key (or representative token); can operate the car and therefore win the car. The non-winning 14 key holders will receive a consolation prize $250 cash.
• The barrel will be emptied weekly after completion of the draw of the night.
• All prizes cannot redeem for cash and cannot transfer to other members.
• Board of directors will refrain from participation. Staff, management and contractors of the Kirribilli Club are not eligible to participate
• The promotion will not take place on Public Holidays.
• The club reserves the right of change and/or cancel the promotion due to unexpected and unauthorised intervention.
• The club reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions.
